Explaining this blog

The title of my page might as well be Society because I'm fascinated by the dynamics of human society. In particular I'm interesting in the concept of A Project for Humanity. An example might be landing a human on the Moon, eradicating Polio, or creating a computer that is good at playing Chess. Defining, creating, and implementing these projects either hierarchically or spontaneously is a process that is at the essence of who We are. I believe we are in the early eras of the ability for this process to be understood and controlled by global society. In essence I think we are on the verge of Becoming Humanity.
